Energy Docs did a phenomenal job helping me seal up my home. Prior to the work completed I had significant issues with air exchange from inside to outside and so was losing significant amounts of heat or cold respectively depending on season. They were courteous, clean, profession and timely in completing their work. I was contacted ahead of time to confirm appointments and they were punctual. The work done has made a significant difference in my home's ability to maintain temperature and reduced my energy bill. Professional and tidy, Energy Doctors know insulation! I hired this company to clean out and insulate my messy crawlspace, now we get compliments on how clean and neat it is, we can actually use it for storage now. Heating bills have been noticeably lower in the winter. Great work!

The Energy Doctors are great! We first learned about them at the 2015 Clean Air Fair. Even though I work in the energy sector we really didn't know about the rebates RMP gave to seal your home and be extremely more efficient. At the clean air fair they gave me all the information we needed to know that it was a good idea to get a home a efficiency assessment. The Energy Doctors were able to complete the work for the cost of the rebates that were offered from Rocky Mountain Power and helped us complete the rebate process. Essentially my home is more efficient that before, and I don't have to pay a dime. Fast, thorough, and friendly. I definitely recommend this company to energy conscious Utahn's or people who want to save a buck on their bill.

The Energy Docs did an excellent job of determining the most appropriate solution for resolving the problem we were having with our AC not keeping the upstairs cool. Their rep determined that installing a radiant barrier in our attic would be the most effective step we could take and he demonstrated how the material could reduce the radiant transfer from a heat lamp in his demo box. He got back to us in a few days with a project cost that was within our budget. Once we scheduled the work, they came in and completed the job in 2 days without making a mess in our house. We have been very pleased with the results of their modifications. Before they did the work we were running extra fans upstairs and keeping the downstairs rooms uncomfortably cold just so the upstairs rooms were tolerable. You could feel the heat from the attic on our upper ceilings in the summer. These days there are no extra fans upstairs and all 3 level are within a couple of degrees. No more hot ceilings and our AC doesn't need to run constantly. I would highly recommend the Energy Docs if you want an honest evaluation of your energy efficiency and useful improvements made at reasonable costs.

Energy Docs did air-sealing work at our house a couple of months ago or so. The technician was on-time, friendly, competent and thorough, both in diagnosing the sources of our air leaks and in correcting them. He also took charge of submitting the necessary paperwork and documentation for a rebate from Questar. We have no complaints about the work done and recommend the company without hesitation ore reservation.

I had Energy Doctors do some air-sealing work on my home last year. It made a huge difference; our home was much more comfortable through the winter. The cost for this work was very reasonable, I highly recommend having them repair yours.

DON'T WAIT! A recent Questar Thermwise Energy Audit showed severe problems with air leaks and poor insulation in our home. Thermwise recommended air sealing and insulation in our attic and under our floors in the crawl space. Energy Doctors was on the approved provider list and qualified for the Questar Rebate for air and duct sealing. Energy Doctors did a thorough evaluation of our home to identify, then remedy, every issue. Blower tests were done to document the findings qualifying the work for the rebates, and then assure the remedies that were completed were effective. This was roughly a THREE PART PROCESS. First, they completed AIR SEALING OF THE INTERIOR ENVELOPE of our home (significant gaps along the floor boards of most all of the exterior walls - caulked and sealed with nice trim; front door - appropriate weather stripping along edge and threshold; and sealed holes (one in hall way from power wheelchair damage, one 3' x 4' access panel left open during an add-on prior to us buying the home 24 1/2 yrs ago - I never knew where that hole went and assumed since it was in the interior of the home that it was "dead air" space and therefore "insulating" in a way - WRONG!, and one hole in the bathroom ceiling from a prior water leak we had put off repairing pending planned renovation). SECOND, they completed AIR SEALING OF THE ENTIRE RIM JOIST IN OUR CRAWL SPACE - we had an inch and a half gap between the rim joist and the brick exterior! Energy Doctors installed rigid foam board in this huge gap at each joist, and then foam sealed the entire rim. THIRD, they repaired, sealed, and insulated all of the HVAC DUCTS IN OUR CRAWL SPACE, using longer lasting mastic on the duct seams vs metal tape. We are extremely pleased with the work Energy Doctors did and know we will save money, have a much more comfortable home environment, and much better interior home air quality. Energy Doctors also completed and submitted all paperwork for the Questar rebates. Wish we had had this done 24 1/2 years ago, but were so busy working, raising our family, having surgeries, living life, etc. DON'T WAIT!
